Daughter loved the school. Will be high on her list. Even though we live 700 miles away it's still a favorite. High on her list with Duke, UNC and Virginia

Best part of BC is that you have Boston just minutes away but are on the outskirts, actually in Newton. Very rural feel when walking on parts of campus, while other sections start feeling more urban

Campus Visit Notes for Boston College

Visit Description:

Didn't stay overnight, but came up from NC to visit BC and Brown. Daughter liked feel of BC better. We jumped from original tour guide to another one who seemed to have more energy. Had quick conversation with a professor we met in a building and also talked to students on campus as we were walking. One family in our group was from Australia - they were very impressed by the visit.
Tough school to get into - will keep fingers crossed when we apply
