Classroom Visit: Yes - The teacher was so nice and made feel feel very welcome and even included me in the discussion. Not to mention the class was very interesting.
Campus Visit Notes for Carleton College
Someone described Carleton to me as a thinktank.
Students are intellectual beasts but are not at all cocky.
They are quirky and have lots of fun and silly traditions.
My host treated me pretty poorly. She forgot to pick me up in admissions and just overall ignored me. However, I loved lots of the other people I met. Carleton is socially so diverse. Everyone is so different. Lots of colleges have stereotypes like they're preppy or jock or hippy but at Carleton, everyone is so different so everybody fits in.
