Visit Activities:

Admissions Interview: Yes - The interviewer wanted to talk more about himself than ask questions, but he was nice overall.

Information Session: Yes - The college of architecture session was helpful with what to expect and preparing a portfolio. The guy answered all questions and showed me around afterwards.

Campus Tour: Yes - Typical walking tour. There are two types offered, take both- one is about the university and the other is about student life.

Classroom Visit: No - It was the day before fall break but I got to walk around the college of architecture and see some of the students during studio-looked busy but happy.

Campus Visit Notes for Cornell University

Visit Description:

Cornell has a beautiful campus and the guides were all very enthusiastic. Definitely ask them to show you the Harry Potter library! They were great about covering the history, giving info on all the different colleges, traditions, etc. Great college if you are lucky enough to be admitted except for the dorms. Yikes! I only got to see some of the old ones but they were smaller than closets and the common areas didn't look very welcoming, which explains why there weren't any students hanging out there. The on campus dining options looked ok but I didn't get to eat on campus.
