Admissions Interview: No - I was not present at the interview. My son was interviewed bt a senior. The senior students seemed very prepared and mature. They dressed very professionally.

Information Session: No - Typical session, lots of self-cheering.

Campus Tour: No - I asked the young man leading our tour why he chose Pomona, and he gave some very good information about the philosophy of the school and how different it was.

Campus Visit Notes for Pomona College

Visit Description:

This school is top-notch. The kids there are intelligent, but really like to "learn." There is not an air of "competition" here.
