Plenty of choices to eat, visit and stay, Claremont seemed almost ideal, but may be alittle too quite for some students. [View Full Report]

The adjacent area called "The Village" was wonderful. Students can walk to stores, boutiques, restaurants and clubs. There is a Farmer's Market every weekend. [View Full Report]

This was the part I was most anxious about. Claremont Village has many stores and restaurants, as well as a movie theater. Don't forget the other 4 colleges- they're as incredible as Pomona [View Full Report]

All the stuff around town was amazing! The town seemed pretty self contained and really focused on the colleges. [View Full Report]

The Village has some of the essentials (Jamba Juice, theater) but is expensive. While very pretty, Claremont won't be enough to satisfy those who want to escape campus for a little while. [View Full Report]

The Claremont village... eh. There's a Starbucks, Jamba Juice, about 5 nail salons, a record store, a thrift store, that's about all I saw. Right off campus though. [View Full Report]

The homes in the immediate are are very nice. Claremont Villiage had ample restaurants, shops, art gallaries, and live music to sell my parents on Pomona College as a vacation destination. [View Full Report]

There is Scripps, Pitzer, Harvey Mudd, and Claremont McKenna nearby. A little further off, there are some houses with streets that are named after colleges like Yale, Dartmouth, and Harvard. Random. [View Full Report]
